HDR histogram and scatter charts

The following image was generated by using a combination of the localtestnet, rakyll/hey, asoorm/hey-hdr, an httpecho server utilizing valyala/fasthttp, hdrhistogram plotfiles, and some custom glue code.

The results are very raw, and testing conditions not ideal, but none the less an interesting starting point.
